Overall, I think this is an average eye cream.  It has very mixed customer reviews.  Most customers claimed the product results were average but felt that the eye area stayed hydrated while others saw no difference at all.  Results like this should be expected when you purchase skin care from a drug store or grocery store.  The products are very inexpensive to buy because they use less expensive ingredients.  It doesn’t mean they won’t work, but don’t expect miracles.
