As much as I would love to recommend this product, I just can’t.  Estee Lauder products are generally very reputable and are known to deliver results but based on all the customer reviews and lack of information given on it, I would recommend that you keep looking for a better eye cream.  Most customer saw little to no difference in the appearance and reported their eyes did not stayed hydrated using Estee Lauder Time Zone Eye Cream.
