Based on the ingredients and price, I think this is a good but basic eye cream.  Kinerase is a very reputable company and has a lot celebrity endorsements, but their products can be expensive.

This new line by Dr. LeWinn is a much more affordable and still contains kinetin.  Since the product is so new, there is not a lot of customer feedback yet.  So if you decide to try this eye cream, I’d definitely leave a review!
