Overall, I would say the pros out weigh the cons.  Eye cream consistency is a matter of opinion and most customers did not have a problem with the texture of this cream.  I stand by my opinion that this cream may not reduce under eye bags drastically but I do think you will see a difference in your fine lines and the overall appearance of your eyes.
