Tripeptinonin
Tripeptinonin a glance

What is Tripeptinonin?
This anti-aging treat focuses primarily on the aspect of amino acids and how they affect your skin. You probably didn’t know this, but the collagen and elastin in our skin is made up of 17 different amino acids, these amino acid chains are what make up the structure and shape of the collagen and elastin, which therefore help our skin look younger and more youthful. Ron Cummings (the founder of Tripeptinonin) spent a decade on research and testing to make this treatment what it is today. This treatment is an oil consistency and come in small capsules that you break open and rub into your skin. The thin texture is said to soak in quickly and will not block pores or cause breakouts. By using these capsules as directed they promise that your skin will be more even toned, firmer, more elasticity, a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles and will heal previous damage and help protect against future damage caused by environmental factors.
How does Tripeptinonin work?
Like I mentioned before, this treatment focuses on adding the exact 17 amino acids into your skin that is found in collagen and elastin. There are some arguments about adding amino acids into skin care and the benefits. Here is what the company has to say about it:
Amino acids are the main moisture retention factors in human skin. Topical application of amino acids has shown to dramatically increase moisture content while decreasing visible lines. In addition, amino acids help in the production of collagen and elastin, regulate sebaceous gland activity and decrease discoloration.
Some of the other ingredients include:
- Ubiquinone: said to be the most potent antioxidant in the world, works to diminish fine lines and other signs of aging.
- Ceramide 2: works under the skin to strengthen tissues and diminish sagging, dryness, discoloration and other signs of aging.
- Amino-acid Ogliopetides: effective at repairing damage

“I am 59.My skin is in very good shape for my age. Wish I could say that about the rest of me. I’ve always taken good care of my skin,so I was delighted to discover this product. The instructions indicate that it is a night product, but I have dry Irish skin so I use it in the morning. When you put it on at first it feels oily but it sinks in within minutes. My skin craves it. It feels so lucious.Spend the money and buy it. You will be glad you did. Especially if you are over 40.”
“I have tried many skin smoothing products and this is my favorite. It does not sting the eyes and leaves a very smooth feeling to the face and neck in the morning.”
“ I would never spend $79 on this product. There is nothing in this, based solely on the ingredients list, that will do what it claims. What I am most suprised about is the fact that the three most proven ingredients in the skin care arena are not present in this “miracle product.” The two most potent peptides, Argireline and Matrixyl 3000 are not in this. Hyaluronic Acid combined with one or both of those 2 ingredients packs a punch and have shown to be the best ingredients when used regularly. To overlook those 3 ingredients–to not even add in ONE–speaks volumes about how unlikely it is that this product will deliver on any of its claims.”
“With all the hype on this product, I can honestly say, I am not that impressed.”
“This “miracle” product keeps popping up on MSN by way of annoying pop-ups to proclaim that this is the holy grail anti-aging product of the millenium. Could it be true? All one needs to do is thoroughly evaluate the ingredients to see it is not worth $79”

Should you buy Tripeptinonin?
Personally, I am not super impressed with this product. I do like that it comes in sanitary capsules and that although the formula is “oily” that is it noncomedogenic (which means it won’t block the pores). But from what I have learned in my schooling and over the years in the industry I would have to add that, I think just by putting amino acids in our skin isn’t going to mean that those amino acids are going to do the same things that they amino acids found naturally in our skin do. There is a pretty good chance that they will be completely unusable in our skins functions.
I was also, like one of the customer reviews stated, so surprised that is was lacking in some of the bigger and proven ingredients. If there was even one of those clinically proven ingredients like Matrixyl 3000, Argireline, Hyaluronic Acid or other clinic safe and effective ingredients I may be a little bit more on board with this product. But as is, I am not impressed.
I do believe that this product will be able to moisturize your face but many products that are much cheaper could do that the same if not better.
My final thought: not worth the money.
