What is AgeInvisible Anti-Oxidant Age Defense Cream?

This is an anti aging cream that promises Botox-like results. Their slogan reads “No Needles. No pain. No high priced office visits.” I was intrigued to learn more about this product after reading some of the anti aging claims that promise younger, smoother skin. They promise that by using this cream you will say goodbye to wrinkles, crow’s feet and more. As I started to dig a little deeper I realized that this cream is extremely vague as to what the specific claims are, the ingredients used and how the benefits are measured. They also make it so that when you buy their cream, that you will get locked into a contract/membership and that many people have had a hard time canceling, even though the company promises you can cancel at anytime. These thing made me pretty leery about this product before I even got into the ingredient profile and how this cream works. After researching the product ingredient, science behind this cream and how it works I was even more disappointed.

How does AgeInvisible Anti-Oxidant Age Defense Cream work?

This cream in mainly made up of antioxidants, which is a great thing to put into skin care, but antioxidants can’t change the skin the way they are promising. They are mainly used to combat free radicals and prevent further aging and decrease the results of past aging, but they do not have the molecular structure of amino acids to build the skin up the way it would need to be built up. They also don’t affect the muscle like Botox does, so it wouldn’t be able to work the way Botox does. Here are some of the ingredients used in this cream. I think these all good ingredients but would expect to see them in conjunction with stronger active ingredients in a cream with such strong claims.

Carotenoids- protect skin from ultraviolet damage
CoEnzyme Q10- a potent free radical scavenger aka another antioxidant.
Vitamins and Minerals- essential for proper function of every organ in the body, including the skin.
SOD (Superoxide Dismutase)- an antioxidant and has been said to be found in snail secretions.
